30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return your console for a refund. To be eligible, it must be:

Unused, or only tried under normal conditions; in its original box with every accessory (USB-C cable, SD card, manual); free of physical damage, signs of long use or software changes.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service so the package reaches us safely.

If your console arrives faulty, if we shipped the wrong item or if it does not match your order, we pay the return in full and email you a prepaid label.

How to start a return

Email contact@r36s-console.com with your order number, the reason for the return and photos if relevant. We reply within 48 business hours with the return instructions and address.

Ship the package with the carrier of your choice (tracking recommended). Once it arrives and is checked, we start your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 14 business days after we receive and check the returned console, back to the card used for the order. The refund covers the product price; return shipping is not refunded unless the console was faulty. You get an email as soon as the refund starts.

What cannot be returned

Consoles damaged by misuse, opened, modified or with replaced internal parts, and SD cards whose seal has been broken.

12-month warranty

Every console is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects, on top of the 30-day guarantee. If yours fails, send us photos or a video of the problem: we diagnose it and repair or replace the console. You pay the shipping to us; we pay the shipping back.

Return window

Our return window is 30 days from delivery. To start a return, email contact@r36s-console.com with your order number.

We send you the return address by email when you contact us.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
